Coaching w/ Ava

Based on 20 years of professional experience as an actor in major entertainment industry markets like New York and Los Angeles, Ava provides real-world, no-nonsense lessons and coaching to actors from all over the country.

Auditioning in general - but especially self tapes - are a skill set in-and-of itself, and Ava has the key to unlocking the magic of a powerful and effective audition! 20 years of being an actor in New York, LA, and New England, as well as a Master's Degree in Theater Pedagogy has given Ava a rich understanding of the tools needed for on-camera auditioning.

Ava has taught performers of all ages and all experience levels in numerous on-camera, auditioning, entertainment industry workshops, musical theater workshops, and master classes. She has has been part of the adjunct faculty at Dean College and Berklee College of Music, and has conducted workshops at Regis College, CCRI, St. Andrew’s School, the Brown-Trinity Conservatory, the Rhode Island Thespians Conference, and the summer theater camp, YASI, at Trinity Repertory Company. She is currently part of the teaching staff at Boston Casting, as well as the Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts.
